You have 14 days full return right from the moment you receive your delivery. The product you want to return must be unopened, unused and undamaged. This must be returned within 14 days after the delivery date. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement becomes final. How does exchange & return work?

Exchanging or returning is no problem, provided that the tea and tea accessories that you want to return are unopened and / or unused and are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Click here to go to the General Terms and Conditions. Regarding the return of items, follow the following steps:

1. Report within 14 days after delivery of your tea by email to service@tamnantea.com that you want to exchange or return the tea or an item.

2. Send your return shipment to the following return address:

3. After receiving your return shipment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
4. Depending on your wishes, we exchange the item as soon as possible or refund the purchase amount. The shipping costs for return and / or exchange are for you as a buyer. If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will of course reimburse the return costs. If you return your items, you will receive your money back to your bank account within 30 days of receiving your return. We only reimburse the purchase amount of the returned / exchanged item. The shipping costs for return and / or exchange are as stated before for you as a buyer.

What are the conditions for exchanging & returning?

Return shipments will only be accepted if they meet all of the following conditions:
1. The shipment must be prepaid sufficiently, otherwise it will not be accepted and received.
2. The items must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. The item must be undamaged and not show any traces of users.
4. When returning the items, (a copy of) the invoice must be enclosed.
We do not credit or exchange damaged and / or opened items.
